• Meet and Greet upon all international & domestic flight, ferry & cruise ship arrivals on the 3 main islands of Mahe, Praslin &  La Digue                        
   
• Complimentary refreshing cold towels are given to all clients upon all international arrivals                        
   
• A personalized welcome pack is handed to all clients upon arrival. This contains a personal welcome letter, the clients' respective itinerary, an excursion brochure and a map of the main islands                        
   
• Three hotel visits or more (depending on length of stay) to the clients by their representative                        
   
• General assistance including handing out essential local information, International / Domestic departure cards, assistance with accommodation requests, booking of excursions and tailor-made options, domestic flights / inter-island ferry etc.                      
   
• Reconfirmation of international/domestic airline tickets and handling of appropriate documentation                        
   
• 24-hour assistance in any emergency situation                        
   
• Our hospitality desks are located at all the major hotels on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue islands. Desks hostesses are at clients’ disposal from 08h00 to 11h00 and 16h30 to 20h00 seven days a week                        
   
• Hostesses assist clients during check-in upon departure at the domestic and international airports and, at the jetties on Mahe, Praslin & La Digue                        
   
• Representatives are also contactable 24 hours a day through their cellular phone. The number is given to the client as part of their personalised welcome letter upon arrival                        
   
• Our Head Office also has a 24-hour hotline, which can be contacted at any time                        
   
• Our experienced and multilingual representatives are conversant in French, English, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Swedish, Greek, Chinese, Gujarati, Hindi, Arabic, Hebrew and Swahili.            
   
• Creole Travel Services also offers an optional dedicated representation service, which includes a dedicated representative dressed in the relevant tour operator attire, personalised welcome boards and banners at the international and domestic airports and jetties, as well as personalised departure gifts/souvenirs.
