Vasco’s

The H Resort’s main restaurant is the perfect place to start and end your day. Charmingly arranged, this airy, bright space blends simple lines of contemporary décor with Mediterranean flair. Named after Vasco da Gama (the famous Portuguese explorer), serving international cuisine that is themed with Seychellois/local Creole offerings. It has indoor and outdoor seating, ensuring guests enjoy their meals with direct sea views, while enjoying the gentle lilting sound of the waves. Open daily from 07h00 to 10h30 and 18h30 to 22h00.

1502

1502, is named in honour of the year Vasco da Gama first laid eyes on the Seychelles. Its lobby lounge and is the quintessential embodiment of relaxed island chic. A beautifully lit venue offering expertly prepared light bites, gorgeously infused with Seychellois flavour, along with an eclectic mix of refreshing cocktails. 1502 is open daily from 08h00 to 23h00.

Eden

Tucked away within the lavish gardens, Eden typifies what the H Resort is all about. It allows guests to discover the true spirit of island living, as you indulge in fresh seafood and delightful assorted cuts from the barbecue. It is a beachside sanctuary providing a romantic atmosphere with wonderful views of Beau Vallon Beach. Open six evenings a week, prior reservation required.

Ripples

Ripples is a tastefully decorated poolside venue that exudes an air of casual charisma, setting the scene for a laidback experience. Open from 11h00 to 19h00, it offers guests an impressive range of beverages and light bites.

Seyshima

A sophisticated yet intimate restaurant situated on the lagoon. The name originates from ‘Sey’ for Seychelles and Shima from the Japanese term for island. Seyshima is a Teppanyaki restaurant and showcases the finest style Japanese cuisine. The word Teppanyaki is derived from teppan, meaning iron plate and yaki, which means grilled or broiled. Guests will have the chance to mingle upon arrival, while enjoying a special Seyshima cocktail full of fresh and exotic flavours, ahead of the Teppan show by their chef. Advanced prior reservations are required, opening hours are from 19h00 to 22h00, six nights a week.

Trader Vic’s

Trader Vic’s is a Polynesian concept restaurant and home to the famous Mai Tai cocktail, created back in 1944 and literally means “the best”. The H Resort’s signature restaurant sets the world standard for tropical sophistication with its eclectic fusion cuisine, using a Chinese Wood-fired oven.  With an exotic atmosphere and décor, bedecked with authentic artefacts and trappings from around the world, guests are welcome to dine indoors or on the terrace overlooking the lagoon, whilst enjoying tropical cocktails served in Trader Vic’s signature glasses.

Tête-à-Tête

Guests will be spellbound by a meticulously arranged dinner under the stars. Its beachside dining experience offers guests the opportunity to create their own tailor-made dining experience that will inspire awe and romance. Impeccable and discreet service ensures that guests’ desires are fulfilled. Upon advanced prior reservation, their Executive Chef will meet with you to discuss the menu. Opening hours are from 19h00 to 22h00.

Sesel Spa

‘Sesel’ is the creole name for the Seychelles. Guests looking for the true meaning of relaxation can indulge themselves in the luxuriously designed spa at The H Resort. With a total of 7 treatment rooms, 5 single, 2 couple rooms and 1 Vichy Hydrotherapy room as well as a salon for nails, hair and other aesthetic treatments. The 7 treatment rooms all draw their names from the seven main essential oils which are used in treatments designed to balance the chakras (body energy centres) and blend producing the Sesel experience.

Offering signature treatments that combine only the finest in Western and Eastern techniques implemented by expert therapists who take a holistic approach to wellness ensuring careful nourishment of body, mind, and soul alike. The Sesel Spa relaxation area offers a tranquil setting for after massage and treatments; relaxation that is framed by a panoramic mountain scene and soothing water sounds.

Pool venue

Guests will feel at ease alongside the resort’s beautifully designed pool which is located at the centre of the resort with an accompanying kid’s pool, table tennis table, giant-chess board, beach volleyball court and pétanque field.  The pool attendants will ensure you are comfortable in the cabanas or on the sun loungers, serving refreshments and taking care of your wishes.

Treetops Kids Club

A world of exploration and fun awaits the little ones at Treetops Kids’ Club. No holiday is complete unless young guests are fully entertained as well as mummy and daddy. As a parent you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your child is well cared for by a team of professional caretakers, who will arrange fun-filled activities, such as painting through to walks on the beach and sandcastle building, for children from age 3 years up to 12 years. Open daily from 09h00 to 17h00.

Located above the resort’s lobby and elegantly furnished, the library will inspire you to drift away in stories and fairytales or to learn about the local heritage, flora and fauna with an assortment of non-fiction and paperback books.

Beau Vallon Beach

When staying directly next to the white sandy shores of Seychelles’ longest beach, guests can build on the experience and use the establishment’s kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment to discover the surrounding turquoise waters.
