Please be informed that as of Monday, 23rd March, the hotel, in collaboration with the Public Utilities Company, will be undertaking essential works on the property to connect to the new sewage system. This forms part of the government’s broader initiative to enhance waste management infrastructure on the island.
The project will be carried out in four (4) stages, with each stage scheduled over a period of approximately one week. As per the attached plan, the following rooms will be affected during the different stages:
Stage 1: Beach Chalet 12 to 14, Beach house and Garden chalet 21 to 29
Stage 2: Beach chalet 3 to 11 and Garden chalet 30 to 34
Stage 3: Beach Chalet 1 and 2, Garden Chalet 38, 40 to 44 and yellow house room 55 and 56
Stage 4: Garden chalet 39,41 and 43.
Kindly note that the majority of the pipe-laying works will be conducted behind the rooms indicated, thereby limiting direct impact on guest areas. While we do not anticipate significant disruption to the guest experience, some minimal noise may occur. Works will take place daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and all necessary measures will be taken to ensure guest comfort and continuity of service. The hotel will also make every effort to avoid allocating rooms directly adjacent to active work areas; however, this will remain subject to availability. At this stage, as minimal inconvenience is expected, no compensation measures are being implemented.
