Boat Crew (Praslin Resident only)
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the boats. Assist the Skipper with the boats operations at all times.
DUTIES
- Assist the skipper with all duties relating to the operation of the boats for the operation of excursions, charters and other transfers.
- Carry out general maintenance work and upkeep of the boats
- Undertake wash down after use, cleaning, painting as per company schedule.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during operation of the charter boats/GBB, ensuring that all regulations are observed, speed limits, safety drill etc.
- Perform head counts to ensure conformance with company policy.
- Report all incidents during operations of excursions and other transfers to the Marine Manager/Marine Supervisor.
- Assist with all maintenance and cleaning of the charter boats/GBB whenever required.
- Effectively and efficiently maintain the standards of the (ISO) quality management system of company.
- Any other related duties
EDUCATION (KNOWLEDGE)
- Certificate in Maritime Studies,
TRAINING (SKILLS)
- Marine technique skills

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum one year working experience
